The US Grant Hotel

San Diego, California
Real Housewives of
Orange County
season
3
| episode(s)
7
In 2007, every single person living in Orange County, California was “in real estate” (unless, of course, they were in energy drinks) and so it’s to be expected that before the gals even reached San Diego, Jeana Keough and Vicki Gunvalson are barking at each other across the limo about a security deposit.

Their joint tenant, who is also their mutual decorator, is withholding money because he claims he is living in a construction project. It’s probably the most authentic argument that’s ever aired on the Housewives, and like most real arguments it isn’t resolved, but just sort of peters out when the women arrive at their mansion-sized suite at the US Grant Hotel.

Being next to a different Southern California beach must have agreed with the wives, because it was all love from then on, with new friends Vicki and Tamra Barney sharing a kiss on the dance floor.
