Vicki refuses to stop singing the whole trip, or at least until the last day, when she starts crying about her divorce from Don instead. But most of the drama stems from Heather and Tamra’s pact to have a pretentiousness intervention for Alexis.
Predictably, she unravels when told that she is a materialistic phony and runs from the table. That’s when Vicki strikes, taking the opportunity to console Alexis and supplant Gretchen as her best friend.
